Kinderheim
The children in the DIGUNA children’s homes in Tinderet (Kenya) and Ngechek (Kenya) as well as the orphan project TCCP in Lodwar (Kenya) are looked after by sponsorships.
With the monthly support we can provide the children with food and clothes. The money also pays salaries for our African employees and school fees.
Sponsoring a child at the Rainbow Children’s Home in Tinderet costs €40 a month.
At the Royal Totos children’s home in Ngechek, the costs are slightly higher for medical reasons.
Here a full sponsorship costs 60 € per month and a half sponsorship 30 €.
We also support children through our DIGUNA Community Care Service (DCCS). In this way, children can stay with their family or relatives and are individually supported, e.g. with school fees, food or clothing. A sponsorship costs 30 €. With 40 € a child sponsorship of the Turkana Child Care Project (TCCP in Lodwar, Kenya) is financed.

DIGUNA Discipleship Training (DDT)
Become a Bible school sponsor
In our Bible and Discipleship School DDT in Mbagathi we want to encourage young Christians and help them to lead a life with and for Jesus. In our 10-week Bible school courses, we show them how they can study the Bible and grow in trust in Jesus. In addition, we teach them to put their faith into practice and to tell others about Jesus. They also learn how to use the computer. At the end of the course there is a two-week evangelistic outreach, after which the students receive a certificate of participation.
Although the school fees (tuition, accommodation, food) are already kept low, it is unfortunately not possible for every young Christian to afford the Bible school course. We want to make this possible with a sponsorship!
With, for example, €50 a month or a one-time donation, the Bible school costs incurred for a young Christian can be significantly reduced.
Sponsorship for young people at the Tinderet vocational school
With our sponsorship program for the vocational school, we offer young people the chance of an independent life with practical training. At our school, we train carpenters, electricians, dressmakers and men’s tailors, bricklayers, hairdressers, welders and plumbers, and we also offer computer courses. In addition to practical lessons, theoretical foundations and state-recognized degrees, we teach our students Christian values through Bible studies and church services. It is our wish to make a life with Jesus palatable to the trainees and at the same time to teach them manual skills. Your sponsorship finances the school and boarding school costs for needy young people, gives them prospects and helps them start an independent life.
A sponsorship costs 80 euros per month, half a sponsorship costs 40 euros and can last from one to three years, depending on the trainee and training course.
